About Me

Natalie Taylor
Registered Massage Therapist

I am an honours graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Mohawk College and a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. I practice all types of registered massage therapy such as, Swedish Relaxation massage, Pregnancy massage and Therapeutic massage. These include techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, muscles energy techniques and fascial work. I strive to better every one of my clients lives and health. I base my therapy on the healing of the mind and body with a therapeutic massage tailored to what your body needs to restore health and function as well as incorporate relaxation techniques to decrease stress and ease the mind. I will do a thorough assessment upon your initial visit to ensure we come to the best treatment plan for you.

Since becoming a registered massage therapist in 2016, I have worked in multiple settings; a multidisciplinary sports therapy clinic, a luxury massage clinic, as well as a high-end spa. At my clinic, I don't want you to have to choose. I like to incorporate all aspects of massage into one treatment. There is no "deep tissue massage", no "aromatherapy massage", no "relaxation massage", you can get them all in one treatment, no extra charge. All you have to choose is the length of time, and together, we'll figure out what your body needs and what your soul wants.

And for the mommas to be, enjoy laying facedown for your massage with the super-comfy pregnancy pillow.

Why Massage Therapy

Why Massage Therapy?

What is Massage Therapy?

Massage therapy consists primarily of hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, specifically, the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints for the purpose of optimizing health.

Massage therapy treatment has a therapeutic effect on the body and optimizes health and well-being by acting on the muscular, nervous and circulatory systems. Physical function can be developed, maintained and improved; and physical dysfunction and pain and the effects of stress can be relieved or prevented through the use of Massage Therapy.

Modern massage techniques can be traced back to the 1700s and the development of Swedish massage, the first systematic method of therapeutic massage based on physiology. Today’s Massage Therapists use their knowledge of anatomy and physiology to combine traditional Swedish and modern Massage Therapy techniques with exercise and other therapies to treat their clients.
